Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Allegiance Network collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Allegiance Network ('we', 'our', 'us'). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy notice, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at privacy@allegiance-network.com. This privacy notice describes how we might use your information if you: visit our website at allegiance-network.com, engage with us in other related ways — including any sales, marketing, or events. In this privacy notice, if we refer to: 'Website', we are referring to any website of ours that references or links to this policy; 'Services', we are referring to our Website, and other related services, including any sales, marketing, or events.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services or otherwise when you contact us. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following: email address, username, password, server information (if you list a server), payment information (if you purchase premium services, processed by Stripe), and any other information you choose to provide. We use hCaptcha for bot detection and security purposes on registration and login forms. When you take account, security or administrative actions on the Services, we also automatically record the IP address and browser type the request came from in a security log. We use these records only to protect accounts and investigate misuse, and we delete them after 90 days. To understand how the Website is used, we also count page visits: for each page you open we record the page address (without anything after a ? or #), the name of the website that sent you to us, if any, your country, and whether it was the first page of your visit. Your country is worked out from your browser's time zone setting, not from your IP address, and the time zone itself is not kept. We do not record your IP address, your browser or device, or anything else that identifies you, and we do not use cookies or local storage for this. When you open a server's page we also add one to that server's view count, which only its owner sees. To avoid counting the same person over and over, we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address, that server and a random value that we replace every day. Your IP address itself is not stored, the code cannot be turned back into it, and once the day's random value is deleted the code cannot be linked to you at all. Owners opening their own server's page are not counted. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not count your visits at all.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below. We use the information we collect or receive: to facilitate account creation and logon process (including hCaptcha verification); to post testimonials; to request feedback; to manage user accounts; to send administrative information to you; to protect our Services; to respond to user inquiries/offer support to users; for other business purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing and your experience.

Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy. Supabase, our backend provider, uses cookies for authentication and session management. These are essential for the functioning of user accounts. hCaptcha may use cookies as part of its security service.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us, plus a reasonable period for backup and archival purposes or as required by law.

7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. This includes using HTTPS for all data transmission, secure password hashing (managed by Supabase Auth), and Row Level Security on our database (Supabase). Our payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
