About these servers
Minecraft listings on Allegiance Network split into two groups, and it helps to know which one you want. Some are Discord communities for people who play Minecraft, with channels for builds, screenshots, mods and finding people to play with. Others are the Discord side of an actual Minecraft server, often an SMP (a survival multiplayer world shared by a small group), where the Discord is how you get the server address, apply and keep up with events. A few focus on building, and several also play Roblox or Fortnite.
These are mostly small communities. A typical listing reports about 40 members, half sit between roughly 20 and 140, and a few are in the thousands. Owners set those numbers themselves when they list a server, so treat them as approximate.
For a server with its own world, check the description for the edition (Java, Bedrock, or both through crossplay), the version, whether the world is whitelisted, and whether there are rules about griefing, mods or land claims. Whitelisted SMPs usually ask you to apply in Discord before they share the address. For community servers, look at whether members play together on a schedule or mostly chat about the game, and whether there is a channel for sharing builds or finding people to start a world with.
Open any listing to read its full description and tags. Join takes you to the server's Discord invite in a new tab; once you accept it, the server's own channels explain how to connect to the game. Servers marked Featured are promoted to the top, and the rest follow in order of their latest bump.

Questions
- How do I join a Minecraft Discord server?
- Open the server's page and press Join. It opens the server's own Discord invite; you need a free Discord account.
- Are these servers free?
- Yes. Joining a server listed here is free, and so is listing one.
- How is this list ordered?
- Featured servers come first and are marked. The rest are in bump order: owners bump their server to move it up, and the most recently bumped comes first. The list is not ranked by member count, which owners enter themselves.
- How do I add my Minecraft server?
- Create a free account, add your server from your dashboard and tag it with the tag "minecraft". It shows here once its listing has a description of at least 150 characters and a working Discord invite. Add your server.
- Java or Bedrock: how do I know which edition a server uses?
- Look in the listing's description and tags; many SMPs name the edition and version. Servers that accept both usually say they support crossplay. If it is not stated, ask in the server after joining before you try to connect.
- Why do some Minecraft servers ask me to apply first?
- Whitelisted servers only let approved players into the world, which keeps griefers out. The Discord is where you apply, usually by answering a few questions in a form or a ticket.
